A before-and-after image alone says little. What makes a case comprehensible is why the treatment was done and what the alternatives were. We document ongoing treatments to this standard and publish only once a case is fully documented and released in writing.

The alternatives
Which routes were possible and why we chose this one. The cheaper option is named too.
Course of treatment
Number of appointments, treatment duration, materials used and who carried it out.
Result and release

One practice with room for the whole family.
We have been treating at Belsenplatz for over 30 years — patients now come whose parents were already here. That is the advantage of a practice in the neighbourhood: you do not have to coordinate three appointments in three places for child, parent and grandparent.

From the first check-up to tooth replacement
Prevention for children, orthodontics in the teenage years, tooth preservation and implants for adults, replacement for the grandparents. One treatment plan, one record, one point of contact.
FOUR LANGUAGES
So nobody has to translate at the reception desk
We advise and treat in German, Spanish, English and Portuguese. Children do not have to translate for their parents, nor parents for the grandparents — everyone speaks to us in their own language.
APPOINTMENTS TOGETHER
Two check-ups, one trip to the practice
On request we schedule check-ups for the whole family back to back. For working parents that is often the difference between prevention and postponement.
ANXIETY IS INHERITED
Which is why we treat it first
Children take on their parents' fear of the dentist. If you dislike coming yourself, treating that changes more than just your own teeth. An appointment purely to talk is normal here.
AFTER TREATMENT
The treatment ends. The care does not.
Most of what keeps teeth healthy long term happens not on the day of treatment but in the years afterwards. That is why aftercare here is not an add-on but part of the plan — and the cheapest part of the whole treatment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your interval is stated, not guessed
After the examination we set when you come back: with healthy gums usually twice a year, more often with implants, after periodontal treatment or if you smoke. You leave the practice with a date, not a maybe.
REMINDER
We get in touch when it is due
When your interval is up we remind you — by SMS or email, whichever you prefer. For patients with statutory insurance this has a monetary value: an unbroken bonus record increases the fixed subsidy for later tooth replacement.
NOTHING LOST
The next appointment is booked straight away
We book your prevention appointment at the end of treatment, while you are still here. What gets postponed to a vague „I will call sometime" tends to happen months later — or not at all.
