How your first appointment works

Arrival
You check in at reception and we take time to go through your medical history. If you bring the form already filled in, everything moves faster.

Examination
We examine your teeth, gums and jaw thoroughly. If necessary, we take X-rays.

Your plan
We talk through all findings, your options and the costs without rushing. You then decide in your own time.
Getting here & parking
  • You will find us at Cheruskerstraße 111 in 40545 Düsseldorf-Oberkassel.
  • The practice is on the second floor and is step-free by lift.
  • Parking is available in the surrounding streets. Please allow a few extra minutes to find a space.
Good to know
  • We treat private patients and all statutory health insurers.
  • Are you anxious about dental treatment? Tell us openly – we will take extra time with you and explain every step in advance.
  • If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance.
